Mat Noguchi - Halo team: "We get the first tour of Bungie's new offices. He talks about what it's like to develop video games. Hope you enjoy this look."

Why can't all development be like this? Here is something really difficult that is being executed to a very high level of quality. How? Because the team (well, at least this guy) is clearly passionate.
