A few interesting things on the web today.

First, a post on the "email wars". I find this particularly interesting in light of the fact that my hotmail account was upgraded to 250MB today (Yippie!). Also, I have a GMail account, but never use it. Anyway, the article notes that GMail hasn't really taken off.

Next, Halo made about $100,000,000 yesterday. Not bad for a days work.

Finally, the bbc is running an article about technological innovation with lots of quotes from Nick Donofrio, senior vice-president of technology and manufacturing at IBM. I am not sure I agree with what is said, but I think Nick might be in a better position to answer these types of questions then me. At any rate, it is worth hearing what he has to say.
