Oh yeah... I downloaded firefox the other day - and I have to say that I am very VERY impressed. It made me realize just how crap IE is. Why do I need a damn media button on my toolbar? Why is tabbed browsing not supported?

So why am I still using IE? I am a bit ashamed, but IE works. Sites look the way I want them to look (Firefox has made some amazing progress here, but when I try to use my outlook web mail...)

I can appreciate that we are moving towards a service oriented architecture which may make browsers somewhat obsolete - but that is a long time off. In the meantime, microsoft really needs to invest in IE. I can really see why other browsers are gaining market share - Microsoft hasn't done anything innovative with IE in 5 years.
