I was going to write a big 'ol post today about how google is irresponsable to bring itself to market in the way it has...but you know what? At least they tried. They tried something completely different that may have really paid off - but didn't. And more power to them. Thanks to them nobody ever has to make those mistakes again.

...and give them credit for still taking billion dollar chances. If you are not comfortable with that - don't invest.
